Ivan Ukhov, Russian Track and Field High Jumper, Accused of Being Drunk at Athletissima Meet in Lausanne, Switzerland

One of the best Russian high jumpers,  Ivan Ukhov drank vodka and red bull between the jumps on a Grand prix event in Lausanne. At the last jump he had trouble getting up again…

The International Association of Athletics Federation has asked Ukhov to explain his actions while the meet organizers have refused to pay his expenses.
