Tupac Shakur’s monument in Serbia

All hail the next monument idea in Serbia – Belgrade, rappers gathered around the hip-hop forum “Rad” and “Vizija” are discussing the best place to honor Tupac Shakur, and so far Marinkova Bara seems like the best idea, because “there’s no place in Belgrade that looks more like a ghetto than this.” This Belgrade suburb is inhabited mostly by Gypsies and the area where the monument is supposed to be set up is currently, according to the people behind the idea, poorly lit, full of trash and generally considered unsafe.

Mr Methane

Mr Methane – The World’s Only Performing Flatulist

Paul Oldfield, born in Macclesfield, Cheshire, North West England, is better known by his stage name Mr. Methane. He is a British flatulist or "professional farter". On stage, he wears a bright green-and-purple skin-tight costume with cape and mask, looking like a superhero. In some early performances, he appeared as support act to UK cult music group the Macc Lads who, in 1990, wrote a song about him entitled Mr Methane. He become a full time flatulist in 1991 and performed in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, including appearances at the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal, the Edinburgh Fringe and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
